About Us
Built on Experience, Driven by Care
CorkSeal was founded by Grant, his sons Sean and Jacob, and long-time family friend Neil, bringing together more than 70 years of experience across the construction industry.
Who We Are
A Team That Knows Buildings
Between us, we’ve worked across general building, plastering, painting and decorating. We know what good workmanship looks like, and we know that the preparation, care and attention behind the finished result matter just as much as the finish itself.
CorkSeal brings together traditional building experience with modern spray-cork technology. That means you get a team who understands buildings, not just a team who applies a coating.
Our Story
Why Spray-Cork?
Our journey into spray-cork began with a renovation project on the Kent coast. We were looking for a modern render that could protect the building while allowing the walls to breathe.
After extensive research, we discovered spray-cork and were impressed by what it could offer. We trained with CorkSol and became passionate about the material and its potential.
Our Approach
How We Work
We believe in doing things properly, starting with honest advice and thorough preparation, followed by careful application and attention to detail. We keep you informed throughout, treat your property with respect and leave the site clean and tidy.
Whether we’re working on a family home, rental property, commercial building or larger public-sector project, our approach stays the same:
- Listen
- Prepare properly
- Do a great job
- Take responsibility
